WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
A genuine love for helping and building relationships with people
Superior communication skills with a professional demeanor, clear voice articulation, active listening, and ability to communicate with individuals from a wide variety of socioeconomic and educational backgrounds
Preferred prior experience in customer service, hospitality, healthcare patient service, or social work
Excellent computer skills including strong typing ability, multi-tasking such as talking and typing simultaneously
CRM or database experience a plus
Experience as a patient or caregiver in a relevant service area preferred
Utilizes knowledge, critical thinking, and dialogue skills to deliver meaningful patient experiences that result in high satisfaction and loyalty
Utilizes appropriate techniques to gain consistent access and build strong relationships with Care Sherpa customers and office staff over the telephone and through video interaction
CRM experience or other database data entry experience preferred

CELL PHONE
A personal cell phone is required for two-factor authentication (2FA) on work applications. You must be able to receive authentication codes at any time during your shift.
ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
100% work from home remote positions
Private, quiet and distraction-free environment to take and make patient phone calls professionally
SCHEDULE & HOURS:
Full-Time positions - 32-40 hours per week
Primarily Monday through Friday during our client’s business day to meet the needs of our clients and their patients.
