WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

  • A genuine love for helping and building relationships with people

  • Superior communication skills with a professional demeanor, clear voice articulation, active listening, and ability to communicate with individuals from a wide variety of socioeconomic and educational backgrounds

  • Preferred prior experience in customer service, hospitality, healthcare patient service, or social work

  • Excellent computer skills including strong typing ability, multi-tasking such as talking and typing simultaneously

  • CRM or database experience a plus

  • Experience as a patient or caregiver in a relevant service area preferred

  • Utilizes knowledge, critical thinking, and dialogue skills to deliver meaningful patient experiences that result in high satisfaction and loyalty

  • Utilizes appropriate techniques to gain consistent access and build strong relationships with Care Sherpa customers and office staff over the telephone and through video interaction

  • CRM experience or other database data entry experience preferred

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

INTERNET

  • Uninterrupted high-speed internet with consistent connection.

CELL PHONE

  • A personal cell phone is required for two-factor authentication (2FA) on work applications. You must be able to receive authentication codes at any time during your shift.

ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • 100% work from home remote positions

  • Private, quiet and distraction-free environment to take and make patient phone calls professionally

SCHEDULE & HOURS:

  • Full-Time positions - 32-40 hours per week

  • Primarily Monday through Friday during our client’s business day to meet the needs of our clients and their patients.
