JOB PURPOSE:

The Sherpa-Cosmetic Patient Care Consultant is the first point of contact for our clients’ prospective patients and critical to support the growth of the health provider’s patient pipeline. The Sherpa provides information and support to help the patient determine if the service or procedure and ultimately the provider is the right one for them.

 

The Sherpa is responsible to manage inbound calls, chats, texts, emails and web inquiries from interested patients generated through marketing campaigns. Using Care Sherpa’s proprietary training, tools and technology, their primary goal is to support patients at every stage of their care journey and ensure the patient’s confidence in their provider.

Position Details:

  • Employee Type: FTE Employee 

  • Eligibility; Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

  • Travel: 0% 

  • Location: Remote, must be located within the United States and with a secure hard-wired internet connection

Required Skills and Experience

  • English speaking, reading, and writing proficiency required, English and Spanish preferred

  • Superior communication skills with professional demeanor, clear voice articulation, active listening, and ability to communicate with individuals from a wide variety of socioeconomic and educational backgrounds required.

  • Prior experience as a patient in Cosmetic Surgery, Skin Aesthetics or wellness services is required

  • Excellent computer skills including strong typing ability, and multi-tasking such as talking and typing simultaneously required.

  • CRM or other database data entry experience preferred.

  • Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, healthcare patient service, or social work preferred 

  • High School education or equivalent is required, Some college preferred

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

INTERNET

  • Uninterrupted high speed internet with consistent connection.

ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • 100% work from home remote position.

SCHEDULE & HOURS:

  • Full-Time position - 32-40 hours per week

  • Primarily Monday through Friday during client’s business day, the schedule can be somewhat flexible to allow each Sherpa to meet the needs of their client and their patients.

COMPENSATION:

  • Starting pay is $20/hr, paid on a bi-weekly basis. Compensation could go up to $25-$30/hr based on performance incentives.
