We consider each patient’s clinical factors, motivation, financial ability, and timing.

If a prospect’s timing is not immediate, we put them in our system in nurture status and follow a timeline of interactions to keep them engaged through messaging that resonate with them and their health-need journey stage.

Care Sherpa team members (Sherpas) use integrated software to contact and manage leads as well as allow for direct scheduling and appointment confirmations. This frees up often limited practice staff for in-office patient care. Care Sherpa’s direct integration with payers allows us to obtain eligibility and procedure authorization before the first patient interaction, to be sure each appointment slot is filled with a customer able to proceed with the procedure.

Finally, patients are supported before, during and after their clinical encounter and are encouraged to expand their relationship with the provider through additional services.
